How can I order engraved items?
We are trade loyal and if you are end user, i.e. IBM, Apple, McDonald's, etc., you cannot order engraving directly from us. Please, refer to the recommended list of various PROMOTA suppliers and distributors for products and prices. Don't forget to request the laser engraving to be done by us at Voisé Ltd.

Do you deal 'only' with the trade?
Affirmative! We have never gone to or done work for the end user, nor do we pay 'Lip Service' in the Promotions Industry and then engrave and sell goods via a 'disguised' retail web site which sells products! Totally unfair to the Distributor and a conflict of interest. Even engraving enquiries to us for industrial lasering from Blue Chip companies are re-routed to Distributors! Want to be on our list? You are also known in the trade for 'Rotary' Laser Engraving. Can you explain it a little more to me?
Yes, again we were 1st in the Promotions market to offer it on any free issue goods at a commercial rate. Basically this process allows the logo or message to be wrapped around any parallel part of a cylindrical / conical or round object. Very popular on pens, laser pointers, torches, glasses and stainless steel mugs or flasks.
Do you do 'dark' laser engraving?
Yes, we are the market leaders in dark blast effects. The underlying substrate has a lot to do with the final colour's dark hue. Some other laserers only 'discolour' the surface. They do not vaporise away the material. You can 'feel' the ledge on our 'dark' laser engraving.
What about bright 'Shimmer' self silver contrast engraving then?
Voisé were the creators of the sparkly silver engraving effect. Often imitated on some metals, by others but never equalled on silver plate or pure silver products!
Can you do this new 2 tone engraving?
Yes, we can do two, three, four, even five tones. In fact we have always been able to do multi tone/greyscale laser engraving on the appropriate products. Multi tones obviously costs more due to the time involved in lasering. Two tone costs the same as single.
What can't you laser engrave?
Not much really if it can fit under the laser beam. If you give us a 'sacrificial' object we'll have a go and work out a technique to try and get a satisfactory finish for free for you-if it is at all possible! We have laser engraved pens with finishes for 4 well known pen companies which could not be matched by their own factories! We'll tell you who they are if you ask us.
Have you ever laser engraved an order for 1 million items?
No, not 1 000 000 yet! We have engraved 500 000 money clips, in 2 weeks with a tobacco logo on them, which our client exported to Russia.
Are you able to engrave products on a same day rush?
We've done that so many times to help out suppliers or distributors who have been let down for whatever reason. Subject to details we can turnaround 5000 items in 7 hours. We have 8 lasers here.
Can you laser engrave bar codes, sequential numbers or individual names?
Easy, don't forget initials, these and all of the above can be done with your client's logo at the same time - if they're within in the same marking field! You email us the list we'll do the rest.
Do you offer Web Based Tracking?
Oh Yes. In fact ours is run by a Secure Virtual Server!!! To the uninitiated that means that your Database is un-hackable and no third party can view your confidential orders - ever!
